War & Peace

Our first text is Leo Tolstoy’s War & Peace, which we plan to tackle over four months, February to May, starting with Vol. 1 (approx. 300pp.). Our next session will take place on Wednesday 31st March, 7-8pm, reading up to the end of Vol. 2 (p.600). Any translation is fine; we’ve got the Pevear and Volokhonsky version, published by Vintage.
